Your Role

As an Internet Sales Specialist , you will be the driving force behind customer engagement. From handling online inquiries to assisting with vehicle sales, you'll ensure every customer interaction is seamless and professional.

Responsibilities Include:

• Responding to internet leads and inbound sales calls via email, phone, and text.
• Utilizing dealership-approved templates and scripts to engage customers effectively.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments with customers for sales or service teams.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records in the CRM or Lead Management Tool.
• Staying up to date on product knowledge, inventory, and industry trends.
• Assisting in creating email campaigns and call scripts to target potential customers.
• Collaborating with sales managers and teams to close deals and exceed customer expectations.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers effectively.
