We are looking for an experienced In House Counsel to join our team in Parsippany, New Jersey. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing legal matters related to commercial contracts, corporate law, and contract negotiations. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed attorney to contribute their expertise in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts to ensure compliance with legal and business standards.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance and regulatory matters to support company operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address legal risks and propose risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage contract negotiations with external parties to align with company objectives.
• Ensure all legal documents and contracts adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support corporate decision-making processes.
• Assist in developing and implementing policies to maintain legal compliance across the organization.
• Offer guidance on intellectual property matters and licensing agreements.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings or disputes when necessary.• Licensed attorney with a valid legal practice certification.
• Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Solid background in corporate law and contract negotiations.
• Excellent knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance standards.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
