We're a boutique Canadian immigration law firm based in Toronto, Ontario. Our firm specializes in immigration litigation including Federal Court and IRB matters, inadmissibility, H&Cs, PRRAs, and other complex immigration files. We also regularly handle temporary residence applications, and occasionally Express Entry and other economic processing files.

Details of the opportunity:

We are looking to hire an experienced associate lawyer to join our team, with a minimum of three years of experience in immigration and refugee law as a lawyer.

In addition, we are seeking the following qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or LL.B degree and called to the Ontario bar.
  • At minimum, two years of experience as an immigration lawyer, representing clients before the Federal Court and Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.
  • In-depth knowledge of Canadian immigration law, particularly in areas such as inadmissibility, removal, refugee protection, and other complex immigration issues.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume practice independently.
  • Exceptional client service skills.
  • A strong interest in client and professional development.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
