What you will do

How will you do it

  • Install and retrofit HVAC mechanical systems and equipment.

  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems including boilers, chillers, and steam systems.

  • Join pipes using various methods (e.g., soldering, brazing, welding).

  • Oversee project installations and ensure quality standards.

  • Maintain communication with customers and project teams.

  • Uphold safety standards and participate in factory certification programs.

What we look for

Required

Experience: Minimum 5 years in HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting, or mechanical equipment service/construction.

  • Licenses: Valid driver’s license and appropriate certifications for refrigerants, boilers, and steam systems.

  • Skills: Strong mechanical troubleshooting, pipefitting, welding, and communication skills.

  • Status: Journeyman License

  • Other: Ability to pass background checks and work on secure sites.

Pay Range: hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.
