Home-Based Booking Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you'll assist clients in researching and booking travel services such as accommodations, transportation, and excursions. Key Responsibilities - Assist clients in booking travel accommodations including hotels, transportation, and excursions
- Research destination options and travel services to match client preferences
- Manage reservations using approved platforms and booking systems
- Communicate with clients to confirm booking details and provide updates
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions
- Stay informed on travel trends, policies, and available promotions
Qualifications - Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficient with computers and online booking tools
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop or laptop
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
