Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator

Shift: 1st Shift | 7:30 AM 3:00 PM

Pay Range: Starting at $19.00/hour

Job Description: We are looking for a dependable and safety-driven Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a stand-up reach forklift to efficiently and safely move, store, and retrieve palletized products within a high-paced warehouse environment.

This position is critical to ensuring product accuracy and readiness for shipment, while supporting our standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a stand-up reach forklift to:
• Put away palletized units into rack locations above floor height
• Pick palletized units for outbound shipments
• Use a Radio Frequency (RF) scanner to select and record materials, weight, counts, and condition of items
• Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallets, skids, and other lifting equipment
• Complete daily forklift maintenance and inspection checklists
• Monitor battery charge levels, perform routine battery maintenance, and ensure proper equipment storage at charging stations

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate other types of material handling equipment as needed
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure safe and efficient operations

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior experience operating a stand-up reach forklift strongly preferred
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English or the site's official language
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. (18 kg); weight may vary based on facility needs
• Willingness to work in warehouse conditions with temperature ranges from -20F (-25C) in cold storage to 100F (37C) in dry storage (PPE provided)
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed
• Comfortable with varying noise levels in a fast-paced warehouse environment
