Job title : Health Information Technology (HIT) Solutions Navigator- Vaccines Location: US Remote/ Pacific Northwest Region (WA, OR, Northern CA) About the Job As the Health Information Technology (HIT) Solutions Navigator , you will spearhead Sanofi US Vaccines' customer co-creation strategy, developing innovative HIT solutions that address both customer needs and business objectives. In this 100% customer-facing role, you'll collaborate with premier healthcare organizations (health systems, wholesalers/distributors, GPOs, PBGs) to identify opportunities where technology can enhance vaccination programs and healthcare delivery. Main Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Innovation Lead the identification and development of cutting-edge HIT solutions through direct customer engagement Translate emerging healthcare technology trends into actionable strategies and customer-facing assets Create and launch innovative HIT value propositions tailored to strategic and national accounts Customer Collaboration Partner directly with healthcare organizations to co-develop technology solutions that enable effective vaccination programs Support field-based HIT teams in customer meetings to uncover unique opportunities and ensure solution adoption Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and D-suite executives at key accounts Subject Matter Expertise Serve as the organization's HIT authority, staying current on healthcare technology trends through industry events and conferences Provide expert guidance on complex healthcare technology landscapes and digital innovation Operate with an agile mindset to navigate ambiguity and drive innovation in rapidly evolving markets Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Legal, and other departments to execute integrated strategies Partner with Training teams to develop educational programs on new technologies and healthcare trends Coordinate multiple vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions Performance & Analytics Develop analytics dashboards to measure and communicate the impact of HIT initiatives Document customer interactions in CRM platforms to evaluate activity and resource utilization Drive continuous improvement through data-informed decision making About You Qualifications Required Experience & Education Bachelor's degree required (Advanced degree preferred) 5+ years of customer-facing experience with large healthcare organizations 5+ years in health information technology, marketing, or commercial field 2+ years building customer-facing HIT assets and solutions Proven track record leading multi-level operations plans or key projects Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience with digital health platforms, population health management, and healthcare CRM systems Strong knowledge of current HIT ecosystems and interoperability standards MBA or relevant advanced degree Commercial and marketing background with operations experience in pharmaceuticals/vaccines Demonstrated alignment with Sanofi's "Play to Win" culture of innovation and progress Why Choose Us?
