Head of Ecommerce Ops, Amazon Private Brands Global Sourcing

In this role, you will lead on-the-ground operation strategy for a diverse range of product categories with ensured operational efficiency, supporting holistic product lifecycle management and optimal inventory availability across global supply chain network, via collaborating with internal partner teams, external manufactures and 3rd party, including but not limited to Business, Marketing, Instock, Sourcing, Technology, Logistics and more.

Key job responsibilities
A success candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong strategic agility: the ability to define clear team vision that is timely responsive to emerging trend, establish clear team goal/operational metrics and deliver at scale;
- Problem solving ability: strong analytical horsepower to identify and break down complex problems quickly and efficiently, evaluate trade off and make decisions under tight timelines;
- Communication: ability to build effective communication mechanism to ensure stakeholder, peers, partner teams and own team are inspired, engaged, and on the same page;
- Scale mindset: always looking for opportunities to drive scaled solutions to operational challenges;
- Leadership: proved experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve short and long term goals and organizational objectives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 6+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives
