As a Hair Stylist, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to delivering exceptional services will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. In a collaboration of team efforts, you will provide elevated guest experiences and ensure the seamless operation of the Spa & Salon. By delivering top-notch guest experiences and maintaining station presentability you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience. The schedule is on call with hours of operation from Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Day-to-day duties include cultivating premium guest experiences that promote guest retention through service enhancements, upgrades, and retail product promotion; ensuring alignment with departmental policies including safety and sanitation; performing a range of hair services such as haircuts, blowouts, updos, extensions, and chemical treatments within allotted timeframes; maintaining a safe and clean environment; reporting improvement opportunities to Spa & Salon Leadership; and addressing guest complaints professionally. The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old, hold a Nevada issued Cosmetology license, have a High School Diploma or equivalent, and have 1+ years of experience as a Licensed Hair Stylist in a hotel or resort setting.
