Job Description

Graphic Designer & Marketing Director, Multifamily Investment Sales Overview

Colliers | Denver Multifamily Advisory group is a real estate investment brokerage team focused on representing owners in the sale of investment real estate. We’re seeking a full-time Graphic Designer and Marketing Director to support our investment sales activities from our Denver Tech Center office (on-site, limited remote work). This position will design, update and produce various types of print and digital marketing materials/media. Some logo/branding work is needed though much of the work is creating layouts, placing content, and editing maps and aerial photos. In addition to this design work, the position will also handle administrative tasks related to marketing and team operations.

Responsibilities

Design & Marketing

  • Create and maintain digital and print team business development collateral
  • Manage the development and delivery of property / transaction specific digital and print marketing collateral including BOVs, OMs, maps, websites, emails, post cards and social media
  • Coordinate with internal resources and external vendors to insure collateral is completed in a timely and professional manner (aerials, photos, maps, research, etc.)
  • Manage the team’s digital presence (team and corporate websites, and social media sites)

Administrative

  • Edit and proof marketing materials
  • Manage the creation and delivery of client gifts and client events
  • Facilitate the creation and updating of transaction Marketing Reports
  • Manage quarterly report updates
  • Coordinate site visits and property tours with onsite management
  • Coordinate and manage delivery of due diligence materials and escrow requirements

Knowledge & Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & Outlook required)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop required)
  • Design portfolio online (please submit with application)
  • Professional work experience in Graphic Design is a plus
  • Digital marketing experience (HubSpot, WordPress) is a plus
  • Bachelors or Associates degree in graphic design or similar field is a plus
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, self-starter comfortable in a dynamic environment
