Job Description

We are seeking a technically focused Production Artist to support global sports apparel projects, primarily working on basketball uniforms and seasonal graphic apparel. This role involves translating creative designs into detailed, production-ready schematics and pattern files for manufacturers using tools such as Adobe Illustrator and CLO .

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce technical schematics, apparel illustrations, and laydowns at high volume.
• Convert design concepts into accurate production files for manufacturing.
• Track updates, ensure file accuracy, and manage approvals.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, developers, and production teams.
• Support documentation and technical file creation across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in apparel technical design or pattern development.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and 3D apparel tools (e.g., CLO, Lotta).
• Skilled in creating files for apparel manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and team collaboration.
• Open to feedback with a solutions-focused mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with screen printing and workflow tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Airtable, Miro).
• Passion for design and interest in sportswear or athletic apparel.
