Preferred locations for this role are Atlanta, Ga, and Las Vegas, Nev.

Travel may be required. Candidates with casino gaming experience are strongly preferred for this role. Remote candidates with the appropriate background will be considered.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Concept and create innovative casino games and features from beginning to end, including animations
  • Work in 2D and 3D to compose game assets, including character development, scenes, messaging, logo treatments and reel symbols
  • Collaborate with animators, designers, technical artists and product managers to produce strong performing content
  • Provide regular art updates in a team setting
  • Maintain file organization including proper asset and component naming convention, linking and exports
  • Implement game elements based on design documentations and gameplay feedback
  • Stay current with trends in casino games, including play on mobile devices and casino visits
  • Optimization practices in step with industry standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Visual portfolio in pdf, or website format, password provided if required
  • 3-5 years’ experience in casino game development
  • Proven understanding of appeal,, usability and user experience
  • Strong artistic abilities in drawing, rendering, graphic design, color theory, layout, character design, typography, and animation
  • Demonstrable ability to work in a variety of styles from realistic to stylized
  • Conceptualize and create logos, UI, graphic animation, VFX, and support marketing needs as and when required
  • Proficient in Photoshop, traditional drawing and rendering skills
  • Experienced in 2 and 2.5D animation toolsets, i.e. Spine or Adobe After Effects
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Sharepoint
  • Eagerness to source and incorporate feedback from all disciplines
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in managing their objectives within set schedules

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA in Animation, Illustration or similar
  • Experienced in Unity
