Job Description
Job Title: Millwork Fabricator/Assembler
Location: Totowa, NJ 07512
Hours/Schedule: 7:00-3:30 Monday - Friday,
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience, ($18-25+ per hour)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble custom millwork, cabinetry, and furniture according to specifications and
blueprints.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery to assemble and finish products.
- Ensure all components are correctly fitted, aligned, and securely fastened.
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in millwork, cabinetry, or furniture assembly preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read drawings is a big plus.
- English or Spanish speaker is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
- Team player with good communication skills.
