Senior FP&A Analyst – Hospitality Group New York, NY (First 90 days then hybrid, 1-2 WFH) | Full-time | Salary Range: $115 - 125,000 (Dependent on Experience) We are partnering with a growing New York-based hospitality group known for building and operating high-quality, multi-concept restaurant brands across the U.S. With over 60 locations nationwide, this organization is driven by a long-term, strategic investment approach—focused on sustainable growth through both organic development and acquisitions. As the company continues to scale, they are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their finance team. This is a high-impact role supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis—perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and wants to help shape the future of a forward-thinking hospitality brand. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver monthly and ad hoc financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting KPIs and business trends Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers impacting financial performance Develop and maintain robust financial models for planning, scenario analysis, and key decision-making Enhance reporting and business intelligence tools within Workday Prism and Adaptive Support and manage components of the annual budgeting process , ensuring alignment with strategic goals Partner with operations, marketing, HR, and other departments to gather insights and inform financial analysis Communicate financial insights clearly and concisely to support informed business decisions Recommend process improvements and financial optimization strategies What We’re Looking For Strong data analytics and financial modeling skills Experience with forecasting, budgeting , and performance tracking Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau Experience with Workday Prism and Adaptive Planning is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting , or related field Background in hospitality, restaurant, or retail industries preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain financial data to non-finance stakeholders Benefits & Perks ~ Company-contributed health coverage ~ Managed time off policy ~401(k) with up to 4% company match (after 90 days) ~ Company-paid life insurance ~ Quarterly dining gift card usable across all brand locations ~$127/month transit stipend + pre-tax commuter benefits ~$35/month cell phone reimbursement ~ Pet insurance ~ Employee discounts
