Job Description

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Field Service Analyst to join our PM IS&A Support Center team in Fort Huachuca, Arizona. This is a full-time, on-site position. Monday through Friday, except Holidays.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • PM IS&A Support Center assists units with US Army Military Intelligence systems’ software and hardware malfunctions that impede completion of unit mission and tasks.

    • Support Center deploys and maintains systems in their lab to replicate enterprise and tactical issues.

    • Support Center responds to all requests for information (RFI)s, software issues, and hardware malfunctions that impede completion of unit missions or tasks and​ all resolutions recorded in the knowledge base.

    • The Support Center will escalate all change requests and bugs to the appropriate Engineering Team. Support Center personnel will monitor progress and provide the Soldier / customer with status updates.​

  • Support Center tracks trends and global issues to assist PM IS&A Development teams prioritize objectives and software / hardware deliveries across the US Army’s Military Intelligence workforce.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and have 4 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a High School diploma with 8 years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree with 6 years of relevant experience will also be considered equivalent.

  • Must be trained and familiar with DCGS-A Baseline v3.2.5 (service pack 1) administration and maintenance

  • CompTIA Security+ or higher certification to meet DoD 8570 certification criteria (IAM level 2 at a minimum)

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

  • Proficiency with as many of the following items: RedHat (RHEL) 6/7/8/9 operating system (OS), Microsoft Windows 2019/2022 Server, Microsoft Windows 11, overall systems and network administration, group policy management, virtual machines, firewall management, building and managing images, HBSS/AESS, security protocols, Cisco, Active Directory, Domain Naming Service (DNS), Private Key Infrastructure (PKI), PostgreSQL, and SQL Server (preferably within the structure of the DCGS-A software baseline but not required)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, initiative requiring minimal supervision

  • Be familiar with Atlassian products, specifically Jira and Confluence

  • Be familiar with Army and DoD security policy/manuals and other IA guiding policy documents

  • Be familiar with DoD and Army networking environment; using networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LDAP)

  • Be familiar with Kubernetes, Containerization, Open Shift, Hyper-V, Rocky Linux 8/9, Gotham.

  • Professional Certifications (A+, Network +, VMWare, Computing Environment, etc.) beneficial

Physical Requirements:

  • M ust be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
