Kingsbury, Chicago, IL 60610. The position involves working Monday-Friday, 4 ten-hour shifts from 7 am to 5:30 pm, with a weekend remote rotation for IVF call-backs (~4-6 days/year). Shift hours may vary based on patient volume. Flexibility is required for limited weekend work, and the pay range is $31-$33/hr. Responsibilities include: Providing compassionate patient care in collaboration with physicians and staff Managing patient care through evaluation, OI/IUI, IVF, and early pregnancy Coordinating with third-party reproductive specialists Working with financial coordinators, insurance, pharmacies, and physicians Performing phlebotomy and lab processing Executing procedures within RN scope Supporting other office duties as needed Requirements: Current Illinois RN license; BSN preferred 1-2 years ambulatory care experience preferred Infertility nursing experience is a plus but not required Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and team ability Excellent time management, customer service, and critical-thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Benefits: Opportunity to make a meaningful impact Comprehensive health, dental, life, 401K, STD, LTD, vision insurance Generous PTO and paid holidays Pre-tax commuter benefits Tuition reimbursement of $4,500 after one year Flexible Spending Account Visit our website at for more information.
