How Will You Make an Impact?: You will play a crucial role in successfully implementing our high-impact pharmaceutical solutions, ensuring world-class standards in formulation and manufacturing processes. A Day in the Life: + Monitoring the manufacturing process using process control systems + Operating production equipment and process control system control units to ensure flawless production + Check and review of infrastructure facilities + Batching of raw materials + Support product finalization and product filling + Support in sample drawing + Collaborate with a team of ambitious professionals to strictly adhere to cGMP guidelines Experience: + Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting, or related field + Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: + Strong attention to detail and dedication to excellence + Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting + Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills + Very good German language skills + Willingness to become a qualified Chemical Process Technician (Apprenticeship) Physical Requirements / Work Environment: + Work in a shift model (5-shift) + Able to lift 25 kg and stand for extended periods + Work in a clean room environment with strict safety protocols What We Offer: Compensation: + Salary based on Austrian Chemical Industry agreement.
