Requirements Bachelors degree in Social Services or Human Development required or Bachelors degree in a related field with 2 years of Case Management Experience Ability to fulfill DCFS requirements for personnel, including a physical exam, immunizations and a criminal record check Ability to engage families in services for themselves and their child, maintain records of services provided, and support family-identified goals Experience working with a diverse population Basic computer competency Valid drivers license Ability to travel to home visits, trainings and meetings. Ability to lift children up to 60 pounds in an emergency. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Prior experience with working with children in an early childhood program is preferred.
