A well-established and rapidly expanding investment firm in the Galleria area is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to three Managing Directors/Partners. This newly created position offers the opportunity to reshape the position and make an immediate impact in a fast-growing organization expected to expand 2–3x over the next year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive executive-level administrative support to three senior leaders, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Handle meeting preparation, document management, and follow-up tasks to ensure timely execution of priorities.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives on behalf of leadership.
• Serve as backup support to the Office Manager, collaborating on operational projects and ensuring smooth office function when needed.
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 10–15 years of professional administrative or executive assistant experience, ideally in a corporate, professional services, or financial environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior executives and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
