Role Description
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our ownership team with a mix of administrative and operational responsibilities. In this role, you’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly by managing email inboxes, coordinating job setup and closeout, recording invoices, organizing documentation, and assisting with other key administrative tasks that support the efficiency of our business.
What You’ll Do· Manage email inboxes and calendars for company owners
· Set up and close out valuation jobs in our internal system
· Record and track invoices and expenses
· Coordinate job documentation and client correspondence
· Keep digital files organized and up to date
· Support with reports, proposals, and general admin work
· Assist with special projects and process improvements
What We’re Looking For· Previous experience as an executive or administrative assistant
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office
· Experience with bookkeeping tools (QuickBooks preferred)
· Discretion and reliability in handling confidential information
· Experience assisting with company marketing efforts, including social media, email outreach, and brand promotion
