Role Description

We are seeking an Event Sales Specialist to join our team in Austin, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will represent clients at live events, retail pop-ups, and promotional activations. You’ll be the face of our campaigns, responsible for engaging customers, driving sales, and creating memorable experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is excited about both sales and events.

Job Responsibilities

  • Represent clients at local events, retail locations, and promotional activations
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and answer customer questions
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive sales and brand loyalty
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Support event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure flawless presentations
  • Track and report daily/weekly sales metrics to management
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative event strategies
  • Assist in training new hires as you advance into leadership roles
  • Contribute to maintaining a high-energy, positive team culture
