DG Healthadvising is hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives to join our growing health insurance team. Whether you're new to sales, recently graduated, or coming from a customer service background, this is a great opportunity to start a long-term, rewarding career in a thriving industry.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage new clients via phone, email, and in-person outreach
• Present health insurance options clearly and confidently
• Assist clients in completing applications accurately and on time
• Build and manage long-term client relationships
• Stay current with industry regulations and training sessions

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to learn and effectively sell health insurance products
• Customer service experience
• Basic computer proficiency
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Understanding of basic sales techniques
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow

You will be required to obtain a 02-15 Life and Health Insurance License. We provide full support and guidance for licensing.

• Customer service: 1 year

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must live in or plan to relocate to the Tampa Bay area within the next 2 months
• Ability to commute to our Tampa, FL 33610 office
• English proficiency
• Driver’s license preferred
