Entry Level Sales Representative

We’re looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our face-to-face Sales team in the Toms River/Brick/Manahawkin area. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone eager to build a career in sales and business development. You will work directly with new and existing customers within our in-store promotional efforts for our clients.

This is an immediate hire opportunity — ideal for local candidates who are ready to begin within the week!

What You’ll Do:

• Support client account management and help cultivate lasting customer relationships.
• Identify new leads and drive traffic through collaborations with retail partners.
• Work alongside team members to increase market share and outreach.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Contribute to strategic sales initiatives that grow and retain our clients' customer bases.

What We’re Looking For:

• Clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Skilled at building rapport and handling negotiations.
• Self-starter with a solution-focused mindset and drive for results.
• Natural leader with a collaborative, team-first attitude.
• Any background in sales or account support is a definite plus.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related area is preferred, but not required.
