We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your communication skills and gain hands-on experience in various facets of corporate communications. You will play a key role in supporting the communications team by assisting in the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies.

Job: On site
Location: Minneapolis, MN 
Pay Range: $950 - $1300 per week
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating and editing communications materials including press releases, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Support the team in organizing internal and external events and meetings.
  • Monitor and report on media coverage and social media engagement.
  • Help manage the organization's social media accounts and contribute to content planning.
  • Conduct research on industry trends to inform communication strategies.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
