Electronics Assembler

A manufacturing and production company located in Queen Anne’s County needs a self-motivated Electronics Assembler to add to its growing team. To be successful in the role of Electronics Assembler, you must have soldering skills, basic electronics knowledge, and excellent attention to detail.

Salary: $20.00-$28.00, depending on experience

Work location: Stevensville, Maryland

Essential Job Functions:

• Soldering skills, mostly small electrical component replacement with circuit board applications
• Experience with heat shrink tubing, tinning, and soldering wires, adding small electronic components to PCB, and hand crimping connectors
• Basic electronics knowledge. For example: resistors, diodes, fuses, transistors, relays, and capacitors
• Must know how to use a Volt Ohm Meter and have experience with both AC (115V, 230V) and DC (12V, 24V, 32V) powered components
• Must be able to follow build instruction sheets to complete product assemblies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Experience: Mid-Level Experience

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

• Self-motivated team player with the ability to supervise others
• Troubleshooting skills for product repair needs or product development if applicable
• Background in mechanical applications with good hand skills preferred
• Excellent hand/eye coordination, manual dexterity, and attention to detail

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
