This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing revenue strategy, sales performance, client experience, and the development of our sales and event planning team. What Youll Do

  • Lead a High-Performing Sales Team: Youll hire, train, motivate, and develop a talented team that embodies our core values and delivers an outstanding client experience.
  • Drive Revenue & Growth: Youll oversee pricing, utilization, discounting, and rate strategy ensuring strong conversion and maximizing event revenue across weddings and non-wedding events.
  • Strengthen Client & Community Relationships: Youll reengage past clients, build new partnerships in the local market, and foster longterm vendor relationships that enhance our guest experience.
  • Support Beautiful Events From Start to Finish: From initial consultations to final planning meetings, youll ensure each couple feels supported, informed, and excited for their event.
  • Collaborate Across the Property: Youll work closely with Marketing, Operations, and the Regional Manager to ensure smooth communication and flawless event execution.
