Responsibilities: Design new drug candidates using computational chemistry, cheminformatics, and AI tools Search and develop new AI and IT tools for drug discovery Collaborate with team members to advance projects Identify and validate novel drug targets computationally Define project objectives and strategy with the supervisor Interact with global researchers Mentor scientists to enhance SBDD skills Contribute to a collaborative culture Qualifications: 8+ years in pharmaceutical biotechs or related fields, with practical CAD-related drug discovery experience Skills in docking, virtual screening, molecular simulation, homology modeling, MD, quantum mechanics, QSAR, machine learning, chemoinformatics, ligand- and structure-based design, library design Programming skills in Python, R, Pipeline Pilot; database knowledge; data analysis software experience Experience in matrixed environments and cross-functional teams Strong communication, publication record, motivation, and adaptability Additional Information: Base salary ranges from $190,000 to $260,000, depending on experience and other factors.
