Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? As the Director of Banking and Lending Field Experience, you will be responsible for the leadership of the WM-US Banking and Lending Field Experience Team. You will provide oversight of the design, coordination and deployment of WM-US banking and lending solutions field experience initiatives, centered on cohesive education, marketing, and communications for WM-US clients, financial advisors (FAs) and field support staff. What will you do? Provide leadership to the WM-US Banking and Lending Field Experience Team in setting the strategic direction and goals for the team, providing feedback, and establishing priorities in order to meet firm and department objectives. Coordinate with lending, banking, marketing, training, and communications on effective strategies to proactively communicate features of banking and lending technology, new products, and the best ways for FAs to incorporate and more effectively manage their practice. This includes managing the release schedule of all field-facing communications in conjunction with vendors, as well as other content mediums (print, social media, etc.). Lead Service Insights, the Banking and Lending monthly publication on new features and benefits to clients, FAs and Client Associates (CAs). Lead and facilitate all new FA training for banking and lending. Create and deliver a training curriculum for CAs to drive adoption of banking and lending technology. Work with product support specialist team to manage field-facing technology backlog and roadmap. Programs and Services Marketing/Communication – ensure that all banking and lending training programs and initiatives are marketed to the appropriate audiences in a way that drives engagement and adoption while anticipating business needs. Lead and provide consistent internal communication regarding training offered. Provide oversight to ensure lending marketing materials are up to date with necessary regulatory disclosures, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Business Risk. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. What do you need to succeed? Must-have 4 year degree from accredited university in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent and related experience with 10+ years’ experience of financial advisor support and training experience at a wealth management firm 2+ years designing and developing engaging eLearning content Experience coordinating marketing and training campaigns with demonstrated success planning and launching the rollout of products to financial advisors and support staff Prior leadership and management experience Proven dedication to and focus on client service with excellent project management & organizational skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including being comfortable facilitating or speaking in front of large groups Strong ability to ask critical questions, anticipate problems/future needs, and take ownership Microsoft Office proficiency (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) and proven ability to learn and adapt to in-house and other technology systems Nice-to-have Broad knowledge of RBC systems, processes, and products Workday administration Series 7 and 66 (or ability to obtain in 60 days) Experience in launching broad training initiatives What’s in it for you? The expected salary range for this particular position is $130,000-$210,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
