What You'll Do:
Lead the evolution of DevOps and Site Reliability practices to support fast-growing products and services
Deploy and manage cloud-native microservices using Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions across multiple environments
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to ensure performance, scalability, and security
Implement DevSecOps practices, infrastructure automation, and modern observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
Drive strategic planning, roadmap execution, and continuous improvement across development and operations
Manage and optimize operations across hybrid infrastructure environments (Azure + AWS)
What You Bring:
Prior SaaS experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
5+ years of experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms
Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Python, Kubernetes, Docker, and Bash scripting
Familiarity with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code best practices
Experience leading or playing a senior role on DevOps/SRE teams, including in 24x7 production environments
Strong collaboration and communication skills with a passion for automation and operational excellence
