Potential Opportunity : Dental Assistant VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Full-time | Onsite
Business hours: Monday through Friday (7:30am 4:00pm and 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)

What Youll Do:
Assist chairside in all phases of dentistry: general, prosthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, and endodontics
Take and evaluate dental x-rays using proper safety protocols
Prepare instruments, patients, and treatment rooms
Record vital signs, assist in emergencies, and provide post-op instructions
Maintain infection control, equipment, and inventory
Support trainees and collaborate with dental staff
Utilize electronic dental records systems (CPRS, DRM+, VistA)
Requirements:
~1+ year experience as a dental assistant
~ California COMDA license (unrestricted)
~ Dental Radiological Certificate
~ Current BLS/CPR certification
~ Valid TB test
