Pay:

• $16.00- 20.00 hourly

Full-time benefits include:

• Paid lunch hour (applies toward overtime)
• 27 hours of personal time off after the first 90 days (40 hours after one year)
• Office vacation plan (up to 3.5 weeks off per year)
• The cumulative yearly time off, after 1 year, ranges between 4- 4.5 weeks per year for full-time employees

As our Dental Assistant, you will work full-time, or as a temp from August 21, 2025, to September 30, 2025.

Your hours will be 7:15 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 4-6 Fridays per year.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN OUR DENTAL ASSISTANT:

• Experience as a dental assistant or in a similar role
• 1+ years of chairside dental assisting experience (internships and dental assisting courses do not count towards experience)
• Possess an X-ray certificate
• Knowledge of general dentistry practices
• Strong understanding of aseptic techniques
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Familiarity with dental software such as Eaglesoft is preferred
• Experience with Cerec, Intraoral scanning, implants, and sedation is preferred

THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE:

As a key member of our team, you play a vital role in supporting our dentistry professionals during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow while delivering exceptional care to our patients. Your day is spent preparing rooms and instruments, assisting the dentist chairside, and performing necessary labwork. You are a compassionate presence for patients, communicating with them about treatment plans and appointments, while also managing inventory to ensure the clinic is always well-stocked. You consistently apply aseptic techniques to prepare and sterilize equipment, and you take and develop X-rays to support patient assessments. Through it all, you maintain accurate medical records and assist with patient documentation, helping to keep our practice running seamlessly.
