About the Role We are seeking exceptional data stewards to help shape the future of data stewardship. In this role, you will: Execute hands-on stewardship activitieslabeling cataloging, profiling, and enriching metadata Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams on a proprietary tool aimed at streamlining stewardship workflows Provide feedback and domain knowledge to guide our iterative development process This is a unique opportunity to help define the evolving discipline of data stewardship and make a lasting impact on how enterprises harness data. Key Responsibilities: Semantic Type Tagging: Apply standardized semantic types to data elementsclassifying columns, attributes, and fields according to business-driven taxonomy, and validating tags for consistency across datasets Data Quality & Profiling : Perform data health checks; identify, triage, and resolve anomalies Data Cataloging : Organize datasets, maintain data asset inventories, and develop lineage diagrams Governance & Policy Enforcement : Implement data governance policies; ensure compliance with internal and external standards Tool Validation : Test and provide actionable feedback on features of our platform.
