About the Role Join our team as a Customer Support Specialist and be the friendly, go-to person who helps our customers with their printing, shipping, and business service needs. We’re looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love delivering exceptional service. As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our center. You’ll greet customers, be the expert who provides personalized solutions, and contribute to the overall success of the business. This hands-on role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a positive, customer-first mindset. Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply! Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with shipping, printing, and business services Be an expert on available products/services and recommend personalized solutions Operate printing and shipping software and equipment Coordinate with vendors to fulfill design and printing jobs Maintain store appearance and manage inventory Support with administrative tasks and general store operations Requirements Friendly, dependable, and a clear communicator Comfortable using and learning about new technology and tools Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Able to support community initiatives Able to prioritize and cultivate customer relationships Good listener, proactive in anticipating needs, can earn sales commission Positive, collaborative attitude Curious and motivated to expand skill set with new opportunities (i.e. design, 3D printing, etc.) Growth mindset and interest in career development (mentoring and training available to help employees grow their technical skills and advance into management and leadership roles (program manager, store manager, and multi-unit general manager) Bilingual plus (proficient in English and Spanish) Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs as needed. *PostNet centers (locations) are independently owned and operated.
