Your Role

As part of our growing team, you'll work directly with union members who have requested information about their available benefits. Your responsibility is to help them clearly understand their options, answer their questions, and make sure they feel confident in the decisions they make for themselves and their families.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound communications with union members who have expressed interest in benefit information
  • Scheduling and leading virtual consultations to review available programs
  • Providing accurate explanations of benefits, eligibility requirements, and enrollment details
  • Completing and verifying applications, forms, and supporting documentation
  • Maintaining organized digital records while ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Engaging in continuous training, mentorship, and personal development programs
  • Collaborating with team members and leadership to uphold consistent service standards

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. You'll have full access to modern tools, structured systems, and a leadership team committed to your ongoing success.
