KBC Advisors is seeking a CRM Business Analyst, Salesforce to support the scaling and optimization of our Salesforce platform. This role will work closely with our Database Manager to groom, prioritize, and execute backend configuration tasks, while also making informed recommendations on improving architecture, automation, and platform scalability to meet evolving business needs.

This is a hands-on technical role with a seat at the table, helping us modernize our Salesforce org and create repeatable, scalable processes for a fast-growing commercial real estate firm.

This is an in-office position in our Seattle, WA office.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Platform Administration & Configuration

  • Assist with day-to-day administration of our Salesforce org, including user set up, building and assigning permission sets, editing page layouts and lightning pages, building new and editing existing flows, and field configuration
  • Perform regular health checks, audits, and proactive maintenance of Salesforce data and metadata
  • Maintain industry best practices and recommend enhancements from Salesforce App Exchange
  • Assist with defining and maintaining KBC’s role hierarchy

Ticket Grooming & Execution

  • Collaborate with the team to triage and groom Salesforce-related requests
  • Own and resolve tickets related to system enhancements, bug fixes, and workflow automation

System Optimization & Scalability

  • Recommend and implement backend improvements to ensure the system scales with business growth
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce technical debt, and increase admin efficiency

Collaboration

  • Work closely with our Database Manager to support ongoing projects and roadmap execution
  • Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams to ensure requests are understood and delivered on time

Documentation & Governance

  • Maintain documentation of workflows, processes, and key system changes
  • Support compliance with internal data governance standards and security protocols

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a high-growth, multi-office environment
  • Experience supporting users in the commercial real estate or professional services industry

Education & Experience

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) – Required
  • Three to five plus years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform tools, including Flow Builder, Permission Sets, Custom Objects, and Reports & Dashboards
  • Experience with task grooming and ticket management tools
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

The expected annual base salary for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 . Experience, skills, location and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.
