Lori's travel Service is committed to excellence and efficiency. We believe that seamless travel is essential for business success, and we are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Corporate Travel Agent to manage and optimize our corporate travel needs.
Position Summary:
As a Corporate Travel Agent , you will be responsible for planning, booking, and managing travel arrangements for employees, ensuring cost-effective and efficient travel experiences. The ideal candidate has experience in corporate travel booking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange domestic and international air, hotel, car, rail, and ground transportation for business travelers.
Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and budgets.
Provide accurate travel documentation including itineraries, confirmations, and visa requirements.
Respond to travel-related inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Apollo.
Monitor and manage travel bookings to identify cost savings and avoid unnecessary expenses.
Maintain traveler profiles and ensure preferences and frequent flyer memberships are updated.
Provide emergency travel support as needed, including during off-hours (rotational basis if applicable).
Liaise with travel vendors and negotiate contracts when required.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a corporate or business travel agent.
Proficiency in GDS platform Sabre a plus,
Knowledge of international travel requirements (passports, visas, COVID regulations, etc.).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Hours are 10am-6pm Daily
