Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Content Manager and Writer to join their team! This position is located in Overland Park, Kansas.
Duties:
- Write, edit, and polish content for company-hosted webinars, including outlines, scripts, and promotional materials
- Develop talking points, presentation decks, and messaging guidance for company experts speaking at panels, events, and workshops
- Create cohesive, brand-aligned messaging that highlights the company’s enterprise advantages and leadership
- Coordinate with event managers, marketing leads, sales leaders, PR, and legal teams to support company experts at national events
- Own the content approval workflow to ensure legal, regulatory, and reputational compliance
- Provide visibility into where and how company leaders are speaking externally to support alignment and coordination across departments
- Tailor messaging for enterprise and government decision-makers
- Ensure all webinar and event content aligns with the company’s brand voice and strategic positioning
- Drive consistency and quality across public-facing appearances as the company gains increased attention from media, regulators, analysts, and competitors
- Manage a centralized editorial calendar and content inventory for webinars and in-person events
- Track deadlines and deliverables in alignment with strategic marketing and communication goals
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, webinar hosts, event speakers, and marketing teams to ensure impactful content delivery
- Work cross-functionally to ensure speakers are well-prepared and materials are optimized for audience relevance
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Demonstrated experience writing for enterprise and/or government audiences, preferably in technology, telecommunications, cybersecurity, or digital transformation
- Strong grasp of industry trends, regulatory landscapes, and executive-level communication strategies
- Excellent writing, editing, and content project management skills
- Familiarity with content approval workflows and stakeholder coordination across PR, legal, and brand teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating and refining executive presentations
- Experience managing editorial calendars and working closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts
- Solid understanding of webinar formats, event communications, and promotional content strategy
- Background in telecommunications or enterprise IT
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and experience supporting B2B email campaign strategies
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and digital content best practices

The approximate pay range for this position is between $44.00 and $63.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
