We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and highly organized Content & Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and managing our content strategy and social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, strong writing and technical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and analytics.

Key Responsibilities & Objectives

Content Marketing & Thought Leadership

  • Develop and create engaging, high-quality content across various mediums such as blog, web copy, sales collateral, webinars, video copy, and podcasts
  • Build and execute thought leadership/brand awareness strategies through webinars, written content, media relations, award submissions etc.
  • Curate relevant industry news and user-generated content to share across our channels.Assist in the planning and execution of content calendars.
  • Provide ongoing data and reporting to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content that supports thought leadership initiatives

Social Media Management

  • Manage and optimize company social media profiles (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Repurpose and optimize existing content for maximum engagement and reach
  • Create and maintain an annual social media content calendar, ensuring regular and consistent posting
  • Collaborate with the design teams to develop creative assets
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide ongoing data and reporting to key stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong portfolio of engaging content.
  • Proficiency with social media management platforms and analytics tools.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience with video editing software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for accuracy.
  • Creative, proactive, and a team player.
