Job Description
PART- TIME dream role! Off on Mondays and Fridays! This role is mostly in-person. Approx 20-24 hours per week, Tuesday-Thursday with flexibility. Location is off of 485 near the Airport and Charlotte White Water Center.
50-year Architectural Concrete Company with 8-10 employees. Google based platform company. New, modern office/warehouse with professional office environment.
Seeking self-starting, professional individual with proficiency in Google platform and construction knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
•Assisting with various administrative duties throughout the office.
•Drafting, proofreading correspondence and good with simple math calculations.
•Read and take action on emails from multiple accounts
•Scheduling and calendaring project schedules, meetings and events.
•Answering and returning phone calls in a professional manner.
•Assisting with special project requests, orders, rental equipment, or deliveries.
•Processing daily tickets, receipts and being able to organize, scan and upload to Google Drive.
•Process information to correct accounting categories and project folders.
•Assist with data collection regarding time & materials work or change orders.
•Maintain vehicle logs for repairs, inspections, tag and scheduled maintenance.
•Sort and scan old data into the current drive storage for future reference.
•Use of company vehicles to run small errands or post office box runs.
Qualifications
•Quick Books (desktop) experience is preferred.
•Prior construction knowledge is important with regard to referencing materials and supplies.
•Strong communication skills both in person, over the telephone and email communications.
•High proficiency in Google Drive, email, calendar or Google Enterprise experience.
•Prior experience working in an office environment is preferred.
•Organization and attention to detail is a MUST!
