We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a growing construction company. The ideal candidate will assist with general office duties and play a key role in coordinating with different departments in the company and supporting pre-bid activities. Looking for strong organizational skills and top-notch communication. Must be proficient with Microsoft. Construction experience is a plus. salary: $37,440 - $41,600 per year

Responsibilities
1. Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, document management, maintaining subcontractors' database, handling office supplies, attending incoming/outgoing calls, and managing mail.
2. Assisting the estimator/project manager on bid preparation, sending bid invites, following up with the subcontractors, gathering quotes, tracking deadlines, etc.
3. Coordinate and schedule meetings and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed.
This position will report to VP, Finance & Administration.
