Job Summary

Compliance Coordinator – Pre-Employment & DOT/FAA Screening

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Compliance Coordinator to support pre-employment screening processes in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations. This role involves coordinating and tracking employment verification and drug testing documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor pre-employment compliance activities, including records checks and drug testing in alignment with DOT/FAA guidelines
• Review and verify the accuracy of documentation; coordinate and follow up on any necessary corrections
• Enter and update candidate data in tracking systems to reflect current status
• Request employment verification from previous employers and conduct research as needed to obtain accurate contact information
• Organize and match incoming responses to original requests and maintain candidate files in an orderly and timely manner
• Provide administrative support to ensure seamless processing of all compliance documentation
