We're seeking an experienced CNC Programming and Machining Supervisor to lead our skilled team, shape the next generation of machinists, and drive process excellence. What You'll Do \n - Program 2D and 3D CNC machines using HyperMill CAM software
\n - Create and modify tooling designs using SolidWorks CAD software.
\n - Execute machining operations with precision, ensuring part accuracy and meeting production deadlines.
\n - Optimize machining and design processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
\n - Lead and schedule the CNC production team, prioritizing execution, safety, and quality.
\n - Mentor apprentices through the state-registered apprenticeship program, providing hands-on training and feedback.
\n - Collaborate with engineering, production, and purchasing teams to align on priorities.
\n - Drive innovation by adopting new machining and CAD technologies.
\n - Ensure quality control and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

What You'll Bring \n - High school diploma and Completion of a State Registered Apprenticeship program required. Associate or bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field a plus.
\n - 3-7 years of experience in CNC programming, machining, and CAD design (SolidWorks preferred)
\n - 1-2 years' experience in a supervisory or lead role.

What We Value \n - Experience in automotive tooling or thermoforming manufacturing preferred. Expertise in SolidWorks CAD software for tooling design.
\n - Strong knowledge of Tool & Die design, machining processes, and material properties.
\n - Exceptional leadership, execution, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills.
\n - High emotional maturity, resilience, and adaptability to new technologies.
\n - Ability to lift 10-50 pounds and perform physical tasks in a production environment.

\n - Experience in HyperMill CAM software for CNC programming; experience with MasterCam.
\n - MasterCam certification is highly preferred.
\n - SolidWorks Professional or Associate certification (e.g., CSWP, CSWA).
\n - Completion of HyperMill training courses (HyperMILL Training).
\n - Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
