Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Machinist to join our skilled manufacturing team. This role supports the production of high-precision aerospace parts through the setup, operation, and inspection of CNC and manual machines. No prior aerospace machining experience is requiredwe provide training for candidates with mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC and/or manual machines to produce aerospace components to engineering specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings
  • Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure part compliance
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas, following all safety and quality procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards
  • Participate in on-the-job training for machining, inspection, and process documentation

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read basic technical drawings and use measurement tools (training provided)
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality mindset
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and follow company processes and procedures

Preferred but Not Required

  • Previous manufacturing, machining, or technical training
  • Familiarity with CNC operations or blueprint reading
Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Manual dexterity to handle small tools and parts
