Ensure a clean, organized, and sterile pharmacy workspace, adhering to safety standards and regulatory requirements. Accurately process prescriptions and medication orders, documenting patient information and medication instructions. Manage inventory of medications and pharmacy supplies, maintaining stock levels and ensuring proper storage. Provide customer service by answering patient inquiries, clarifying medication instructions, and providing guidance on general pharmacy-related matters. Support workflow improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and improving patient care. Demonstrate R.I.S.E. values (Relationships, Innovate, Simplify, End Goals) in all aspects of your work. Qualifications Experience as a pharmacy technician or in a related healthcare field. Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when processing prescriptions and medications. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and team members. Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. No weekends, ensuring work-life balance.
