Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Client Services/Hospitality Representative to join their Midtown New York office. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in creating a welcoming environment for clients, managing high-volume communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office’s day-to-day services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage high-volume phone communication and client inquiries
Greet clients with professionalism and warmth
Oversee the reservation and setup of conference rooms
Maintain kitchen pantries and office supply inventory
Provide administrative support including typing, photocopying, filing, and assisting with special projects as required
Experience in a professional office environment (legal or corporate preferred)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency with basic office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with administrative duties including light typing, filing, and photocopying
A professional demeanor and a stable background (no temp/contract experience)
Base Salary : $55,000 to $60,000 annually
