Our services include payroll, bookkeeping, auditing, and tax services. We maintain close relationships with financial advisors and family attorneys, enabling us to offer a comprehensive range of services under one roof. The Job We are seeking an experienced CPA to join our dynamic team in our Bend, OR office. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and the Chart of Accounts for both profit and non-profit organizations. Strong experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns is essential. We value proactive, independent problem-solvers who can prioritize effectively to meet deadlines and client needs. Qualifications for this position: Current CPA License Minimum of 5 years of tax experience Ability and desire to work directly with clients and staff Highly motivated and dedicated Confident, flexible, and personable, able to work with diverse individuals Experience in public accounting and tax return preparation Previous experience with tax software, preferably CCH What do we need you to do? Apply your knowledge of current federal and state tax laws to deliver excellent tax outcomes for clients Prepare and review tax returns and develop tax strategies for business, fiduciary, and individual clients Meet regularly with new and existing clients Utilize your interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships and identify opportunities for business growth What's in it for you?
