An AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a Counsel-level attorney to join its Business Litigation Practice Group in Atlanta, Georgia . This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator seeking a long-term role with reduced billable hours and no partner-track pressure, while still working on high-quality matters for sophisticated clients.
About the Role:This off-track Counsel position is ideal for attorneys who want to focus on substantive legal work and client service without the demands of partnership pursuit. You will support a dynamic team representing financial institutions and corporate clients in a broad range of single-plaintiff litigation matters.
Key Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience , specifically representing companies and/or financial institutions in matters involving contracts, loan agreements, mortgages, or leases .
Strong preference for attorneys with Georgia litigation experience .
Must possess strong academic credentials and exceptional written and oral communication skills .
Georgia Bar admission required or eligibility to obtain promptly.
Off-track/Counsel position – not on the partner track.
Reduced billable hour requirements , allowing for greater work-life balance.
