Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in a professional and friendly manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Meet performance and quality assurance goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s a plus)
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
