DEPARTMENT: FOOD & BEVERAGE

REPORTS TO: FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

STATUS: PART-TIME (NON-EXEMPT)

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for positive Team Members to provide excellent customer service, consistent products, and an awesome event experience. Position will include but not limited to beverage service & drink order execution, bar operations duties and implementing and following facility emergency procedures, safety guidelines and company polices for patrons and employees. Bartender/Server must be able to work nights and weekends as dictated by event schedule. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Efficiently and accurately prepare and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages Interacting with customers, taking drink orders, and serving drinks Operate a cash register and balance a cash drawer Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Ensure bar areas are clean and well presented Any additional tasks assigned by management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons Ability to work individually or with others in a fast pace work environment One year of customer service experience with general public preferred Prior bar tending and food & beverage experience preferred Must be available on weekends and nights as well as some weekdays Must be TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or Alcohol Seller-Server certified. Certification must be current and is required to have prior to a start date Must be 21 years of age

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to lift 40 pounds May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time Facility has intermittent noise The Sports Facilities Companies
