Job Details Job Location WaterColor Resort - Santa Rosa Beach, FL Description Job Summary: The purpose of the Barback is to support the bar staff and ensure they have all the resources needed to give the guests a pleasant experience and maintain smooth bar operations. Job Responsibilities: Keep ice well filled. Keep beer and liquor stocked. Keep all cups stocked. Keep all other needed supplies stocked and ready. Support bar staff as needed. Set up pool area. Take out trash. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education and Experience: Sufficient education and literacy are necessary to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs. Ability to read write and speak and communicate in basic English preferred. CPR Trained (can obtain after employment) Food Handling Certification Alcohol Awareness Certification Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Detail oriented and thorough Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of guests. Ability to perform consistent work to the highest of standards. Ability to interact with guests in a pleasant friendly way. Ability to work under pressure in a high paced environment.
